Key Disclosures
- Hitesh Surendra Udani receives only trail commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs). No upfront commissions or incentive-based commissions are accepted.
- Investors may refer to their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued by the Registrar or the AMC, which reflects the total commission paid to distributors for their investments.
- All commissions are paid directly by the respective AMCs and are included within the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme.

- The commission rates mentioned above are mutually agreed upon with the respective AMCs and are subject to change without prior notice.

- Investments made through regular plans involve the payment of commissions to distributors.
Transaction Charges
Hitesh Surendra Udani has opted out of transaction charges for all mutual fund schemes. Accordingly, no transaction charges will be applicable on purchases of mutual fund products.
